Hans, our tour guide, was marvelous. He shared so much information and effortlessly guided us in Salzburg

The Frankfurt Hon-on Hop-off tour is much better because there's an actual tour guide in the bus giving trivia about the trip in addition to the taped narrative

This one is highly recommended. Although there was a switch of tour guides (from our tour guide from Vienna to the local guide), it was highly informative. The stop at a souvenir shop is also appreciated.

This one is also highly recommended. Dresden is truly the Florence on the River Elbe. We went to two museums but the most interesting one for us was the museums on medieval weapons. Also went to two churches although the Protestant one was closed for a concert.

This is the BEST tour of all. Adam, our tour guide, just took 5 minutes to teach the three of us how to ride the Segway. He also coached us on how to safely go uphill, downhill and how to negotiated uneven surfaces. He got our camera and took pictures and videos while riding the Segway backwards. This tour is highly recommended and we told our colleagues who will take the tour also

The shuttle came on time. However, the driver did not do his homework to find the location of the hotel of the last passengers. The driver should know the hotels of his passengers to avoid delay. He was also looking for coffeeshop. But, the driver was very helpful

the tour should be extended for one more hour to allow the guests to enjoy the fountain show up to 12 noon

we were expecting to stop and have souvenir photos to important landmarks but, we were just on board ... suggest to include the cost of optional ticket going to the top of the eiffel tower so that guests will not queue again for more than 2 hours for the ticket
