The only reason, I give it 2 stars is that the tour guide/driver was exceptional. With that said, the company that he works for leaves a lot to be desired. All 26 people on the tour staying at 7 different hotels were told that the driver would pick us all up at the exact same time. Since he could only be in one place at once, the people at the other 6 locations were angry. Andy won us over despite that with his great personality. Then our bus broke down in the Muir Woods. The company never sent a replacement. We were stranded for 2.5 hours after being told that a replacement bus would arrive in 30 minutes. Finally, Andy and some others, figured out what the problem had been with the bus and we were able to leave. Andy was able to rearrange our schedule and still get us into 3 wineries in the afternoon. But the response from his company was horrible!
Obviously, once they had our money, they didn't care what happened to us or their driver. I couldn't in good conscience recommend this tour to anyone else. However, if Andy worked for a different company, I would sign up for his tour anytime.
