If there were more stars, I'd add them! This was a FANTASTIC tour! Our guide was awesome, and the tour was so much more than we even expected! DO NOT MISS THIS TOUR!!!!

Tour was fair. Part of the problem was the weather, which obviously they couldn't control over however, the windows on the bus were quite foggy and it seems they could have done something to alleviate that, but the worst thing was they left us on Rodeo Drive! My son was standing right by the bus door and I was crossing the street, when they closed the door and began to drive off. He and I thought they were circling the block as they had told us they could not park for longer than a few minutes, but they never returned! I called their office and was treated like dirt. The woman was so rude and offered no help other than "take a cab!" My son and I wandered around in the rain no umbrella looking for help and finally just started walking in the direction we saw the bus drive! Six blocks away we found a city bus stop where an awesome city bus driver gave us some directions. We actually, by the grace of God, caught up with the tour bus at the Farmer's Market. The tour guide never was even aware we had been missing, which is sort of scary, if you ask me. I would not recommend this tour company for any tour - use another one, much, much better. We used other companies for two other tours and had a fantastic time, but stay away from that bus company.

Very knowledgeable guide. Very interesting tour. Definitely worth the money!

It was worth the money for sure, and the pickup place was easy to find. The problem was the driver had one other drop off, and it was not anywhere near our hotel, so with traffic, which of course was not his fault, it took us over an hour to get to the hotel. I don't know if the rep put us or the other traveler on the wrong bus, but it shouldn't have taken so long.
