Well, South Tampa, or Clearwater Beach Florida is "THE" place to do it!!! The area is considered the old Fort Lauderdale.... before it was built up for it's major tourism. The houses here are not only gorgeous but so affordable! Even if you would like an investment, wait a few years and then sell it! Believe me, it will pay off! In comparison, you can buy TWO! Houses in Tampa for the price of one home built in New Jersey... and with the taxes... forget it... you could possibly put a down payment on a third home.. HAHA! Jersey is crazy expensive!!! !!! I loved every bit of the park. The food and drinks where of the times. I think everybody should go there just so they can try and reflect on how everyday people had to live with.
