Museums showing of Klimt was great. We were not informed of transportation to site. And the admission tickets did not arrive until 10 am.

No transportation with package. It was difficult to find where to pick up the tickets. Signs in front of palace did not exist and guard gave wrong directions. Dinner room was hot and waiters were a bit rude.
