This was a good tour but the bus employees were not very friendly or helpful. They seemed angry and like they were too busy to give us even basic information about the stops. I much preferred the hop on, hop off in Dublin where the driver was the tour guide over the microphone. They were so personable, informative and NICE.

This was a wonderful walking tour and a beautiful cruise down the river. Our guide was excellent! He seemed genuinely passionate about Florence, he answered all our questions, conversed with us and even gave us recommendations on other sights to see and where to eat. I would highly recommend this activity. We went on our first evening in Florence and it was wonderful!

How wonderful it was to walk past the hundreds of people waiting in line and tour the Vatican with room to see everything and even linger in some areas. Our guide was so informative and energetic. What an amazing experience!

We stayed on the bus for the full tour and wanted to stop at a few places afterward but decided to take the metro train instead of the bus because it would take so long to get back to where we wanted to go. Our fault for not hopping off as we went... It might be a good idea to break up the route so that it doesn't take 2 hours to do the entire circuit. Having done the entire route, we felt very familiar and comfortable about finding our way around. I think this is a great way to begin a visit to Rome and get your bearings for the rest of your visit.
