tour cancelled Eiffel Tower and we went to another tall building disappointed but received 10 euro back big deal and the tour guide was very rude

my daughter loved it, i thought it was O K the bus driver made us all wait outside of the bus while had was inside with the door closed and it was cold and raining not very happy with them
