Enjoyed this tour very much; the guide was easy going and knew her stuff

We enjoyed the day overall, but there was not enough time in Como and probably a little too much in Bellagio.The guide was knowledgeable and kept us entertained. She did irritate on occasion as she described positions of things by pointing, when many of her group were not in visual contact with her. She also requested to meet beside a hotel in Como to board the ferry and when we arrived she was nowhere to be seen, but we could hear her talking, but she was not telling us where she was! I found that made me very anxious as it sounded like the ferry was about to leave. We were not late to the meeting spot. The rules that we could not eat or drink on the bus were draconian and quite a detriment. It was a hot day. Also I think it would have been good to be given a map of Bellagio with an indication of the places to visit - churches, gardens, natural scenery outlooks etc, as we were given little guidance and I feel we may have missed some worthwhile places.

Overall the tour was well organised and the bus comfortable and punctual. We thought the D and G store not worth visitng. The new area (Fashion Valley) was a great place - although clearly very new and quite a few of the stores did not have much in the way of good discounts.
