The driver was good and the price was reasonable but it was a hassle trying to contact the tour company to confirm the pick-up time. They did not provide a local phone # in Paris and the # from their website did not work.

Driver was excellent and it was nice not having to contact them to confirm the pick-up time. However, since we were merely flying to Paris, a little less time between pick-up and our flight would have been better and it was a bit expensive (~ $180).

Guide was excellent. Tour starting location was fairly convenient. Using Viator instead of trying to make the reservations directly with the tour operator was very convenient. We plan to use Viator for our next trip.
