It took over 2 hours from airport to our hotel due to all the dropoffs to other hotels before ours. The van felt like it didn't have any shocks so it was really bumpy and uncomfortable. The return trip took only 30-45 minutes. However, our pickup location was outside where we had to stand for 30 minutes in 35 degree weather with a windchill of 20. Not good at all.
