It would have been 5 stars, but my husband slipped on water as we went aboard and ended up on his back. He is already disabled, so didn't need that. A crew member just asked if we wanted to write up a form. Didn't bother if he was badly hurt or not. A few minutes later a young girl fell in exactly the same place and banged her bum and head. Otherwise - a good trip.

We were driven in the car pictured by Isaac, who is very knowledgeable about the car and the city. He even recommended a great restaurant in Greenwich Village. As it was during a heatwave, he ensured we had plenty of bottled water - thanks Isaac. Will definitely recommend.
