The shuttle driver was 25 minutes early. I'm glad we were ready. But because he was early for us he was early for everyone and ended up having to go back to a hotel to pick up someone who was not ready early. They need to stick to the schedule.

This was the only tour that did not pick us up at our hotel. We had to go to a very busy location. and no one told us who to look for (ie: red jacket). We were there 20 minutes early but ended up missing the first 40 minutes of the tour. Also ended up having to pay for a cab to catch up with the tour. Also would have been nice to be told it was on and off the bus a lot. Alcatraz and the Bay Cruise were great.

I wish we had seen more than one little bit of a tail of a whale but whales are unpredictable. The rest was great.

Very nice except for the very winding road and a driver that like to go fast.

The man from the airport that needed to get us checked for the shuttle was not there when we got there. He got us booked and our shuttle came but he send it back because the driver did not have a ticket. Ended up waiting too long. Not the shuttle company fault entirely but their driver should have know they needed this ticket.

Not bad but they need to get their times better organized. Told to be there for 3:20 a.m. Another person from our hotel and going to the airport was told to be there for 4:00 a.m.
