The tour was great! The water taxi was interesting and gives you a different view of the city. The tour guide aboard was full of history facts and very informative. The 9/11 Memorial is something everyone should see. There was a line but it moved quickly. The only part that was bad was the customer service at the NY Water Taxi booth on Pier 84 when you check in. The most unfriendly girl was working.
