New York Departure Shuttle Transfer: Hotel to Airport

The first time I have been disappointed with a Viator service. The transfer company insisted we had to leave our hotel 5 1/2 hours before our flight. We were there 4 hours before the flight, with online check in we didnt need to be there until 90 minutes before the flight. I think the transfer was to suit the shuttle more than the customer.

Fantastic, I would recommend the Tour to everyone visiting New York . The tour guide was very knowledgable and entertaining. Definitely one of the highlights of our holiday.

Very slow, the shuttle visits each terminal to fill up the minibus before travelling into New York. It was good to be dropped direct to our hotel though.
