We did not like this service at all. We've been on several Hop On Hop Offs and this one was the worst. The first bus we got on turned off the narration and missed several stops. We went to Paramount Studios and tried to catch a bus after to continue the route to connect to another line. In the middle, we were forced off the bus and were told to wait 30 min for another. Then, the connection bus was late for the Santa Monica route. We wasted 1.5 hrs to get to Santa Monica and were told the last bus is leaving in 45 min. That bus stop was so secluded no one knew where it was, even when I called the company, they didnt know. We had to run around and prey we didn't miss it. Then, when the bus finally arrived, it had issues and bounced around like a trampoline. Not a good experience at all.

I am giving this 4 starts because Warner Brothers tour was great - I would give this tour 1 star for Starline's lack of service. We were told we would be picked up for the tour at 8:30am....after many calls to the operator, our "shuttle" arrived at 9:50am. We were told that we would be taken to the main office to fill out paperwork even though the Viator ticket has always acted as the "official" ticket. We waited in a sea of people for another 30 minutes and directed to yet another huge line. IF I did not ask the attendants, we would have been still waiting there and would have never made our tour. So disorganized and rediculous. Starline is a company I will never use every again!

We had a great time on the Catamaran Cruise. The staff was great and even had jackets for us if we got cold. The food was minimal and the drinks were fine. It was a lot of fun! Don't get dressed up though and keep your sunglasses on your nose or in your pocket. If you do this trip and see a sealion with sunglasses...they belong to me :)

This was a great way to get to our hotel. The dispatch was great and the driver was awesome! Highly recommend the shuttle.
