1. Office staff was rude with no sense of customer service.
2. Tours were ill managed and had more than 60 people.
3. Guide to Bruges acted more as a salesman to particular shops. He had no concern about the customers and was extremely rude.

Covers best of French Riviera in such a short period. With only 8 people per tour, we got very good service and attention. Guide was very nice and knowledgeable.
