Great way to see the city but sometimes unreliable. We were dropped off at the Botanical Gardens and afterwards waited at the designated stop.We saw 2 busses enter the grounds but they both turned around a round a bout far from us and left the area. We eventually had to get a taxi back to our hotel. That was nt a problem as taxi s are cheap in Singapore.

The Night safari wa nt part of the Asian experience i was looking for in Singapore but none the less it is a must see. The meal was an Indian smorgasboard an was delicious. We were there during the school holidays and waited in a huge line to go on the safari but it was worth the wait. Definitely worth doing.

Chinatown was a disappointment at night. The shops virtually had all the same merchandise and not cheap. We had an ordinary chinese meal and drinks were very expensive. We were told by our guide that we should tip the try shaw drivers. I always feel that we have paid for the night and that the drivers would also have been paid. Why should we do it again. Singapore is not a third world country. The bumboat trip on the Singapore river was excellent and that why i give it 3 stars.
