London Eye: Skip the Line Tickets

We did not skip the line?
The young man in a hurry at the desk told us we only skip the line to pick up tickets. Even early on a Sunday we waited twenty minutes to board. The view spectacular, the area is great including a great food market fifty yards away.
Vendors must understand they are representing London.
