My Review: Our guide was very knowledgeable and pitched her remarks to make them interesting to everyone and to exclude no one, adding plenty of humour to her points. The Vatican Museums are so vast that we needed someone like her to distill the essence of the treasures. We were able to jump at least a good part of the queue, if not all of it. An important note: an American company selling to Europeans and quoting prices in a European currency should realise that in English a "line" has no hierarchical connotations. The English for "skip the line" is "jump the queue". Other terms, such as "restroom" for "toilet," may also not be understood on the day, or if understood, may cause us to ponder over US cultural influences at the very heart of European culture.
