the morning tour was great. The leader was very well informed and was able to answer all questions.
The person who was supposed to meet us and take us to lunch was late and rushed us to the restaurant.
the food was very good at the restaurant.
The afternoon was not good at all. He spoke very fast and seemed to be in a hurry. We decided to leave this afternoon prior to its conclusion

This tour was excellent. I did not realize that we would be walking around Florence in addition to dinner and concert. The leader was very well informed.
The dinner was great and the concert was fantastic.

The ride was great the problem was that we had a confirmed reservation for 4:00PM and when we arrived they told us that it was wrong. We could not go on the ride until 6:30PM. This spoiled our afternoon.
