Excellent communication from USA to UK. Directions for pick up in NY were 'spot on' Really good city tour with an outstanding tour guide on the coach which set us up for the remaining visit. The guides knowledge of NYC sites, history of and local interesting gossip was fantastic. Likewise the guide who joined the river tour around Ellis Island and Statue of Liberty was equally entertaining. Real value for money. All very amazing being only a few days after Hericane Sandy.
