Terrible service. Arrived 20 minutes late to pick us up from the hotel and then just threw our luggage around. When the next passengers were picked up and their luggage needed to be placed in the back, our luggage fell onto the street! Ultimately, we arrived to the airport on time for our flight, but needed to TAPE our luggage shut as it was now broken from all the thrashing!

Guide was easy to understand and very knowledgeable. It was great to be able to skip the line, especially since one of the lifts to the tower is broken.

Terrible! Followed their directions just as I was instructed and we still waited over AN HOUR for the shuttle to pick us up at CDG! I had to call them back and remind them and they said the shuttle was a few minutes away...another 30 minutes and they finally picked us up!

If I could give an extra star I would! Loved the night tour...Our guide was amazing! So sweet and caring and wanted to make sure we got the most of our tour. The Moulin Rouge show was a great Parisian experience and it was nice to not have to worry about transportation back to your hotel after the show.

Great way to see the city, just wish the busses has air conditioning!
