The organisational skills at the company depot after pickup from the hotel in Vegas was nothing short of atrocious. According to the incredibly rude and obnoxious man organizing the buses, the company had overbooked and needed people to postpone their tour to the next day, until was sorted, he would not allow the coach to leave the depot. Eventually a family delayed their tour to allow the bus to leave...almost 3 hours after being picked up from the hotel. Not a happy busload of tourists!!
That aside, the actual Grand Canyon Tour was amazing and the helicopter option was a definate "must do." Sensational scenery and value for money.
The company just needs to work on their organizational and people skills...
