Excellent city tour and tour of the palace.There was insufficient time to see the gardens and with no advice on how to see the gardens resulting in a very long walk round the outside wasting most of the limited time available

Prompt pick up and transfer was then spoilt by total confusion as to which boat we were going to be on. The operators staff were unable to resolve the situation for 30mins or more during which we were asked to transfer boats twice. Once resoled we had a very pleasant evening .

Green tour only operated at weekends so unable to use. Demonstration in the City meant we were stationary for about 30 mins and were not allowed to get off the bus.
