A wonderful trip. We only had a small group so our tour guide Mark was our driver as well. His commentary was good, and adequate time was given at each stop to explore. Each day was a different 'wow'. The accommodation at each location was clean and comfortable. The only downside being the Best Western at Page ran out of hot water. We travelled a lot of miles, but it was well worth it.

We travelled to Washington DC first which was during the heat wave but enjoyable none the less. The guide was knowledgeable and gave a good commentary. The Marriott Courtyard in Washington was lovely - very quiet. The La Quinta Inn at New Jersey the 2nd night was below standard. Noisy, smokie and luke warm water. We had a different guide take us to Niagara Falls. Again he was well aquainted with the trip. It was a long way to go but well worth it. Some of the passengers stayed on the American side of the border, but the Canadian side was definitely better even with the border security issues. The accommodation at Niagara Falls - Michaels Inn was very comfortable and in a great location.
