the guide was awful and annoying.totally inappropriate behavior.his presence has become so clichéd, as have the inevitable bad, one-off joke.his comments were extremely rude.
Apart of all of this, the tour was well conducted and the visited places were marvelous.

Interesting places to see but multiple others tours grouped using the same bus which is extremely inconvenient. Most of the time we were commuting between different locations to pick up and drop people. 'one hour' free-time for lunch consists actually into a 35 minutes 'lunch break' so, by ordering some food into a restaurant, we actually have had 9 minutes to eat. Also, is very common in Austria that the guide and the driver are asking for tips.

Interesting but be aware of an additional charge (10 euros per person, cash only, collected by the guide prior to departure). I didn't get exactly the reason but, i believe that he was mentioning something about a highway toll or similar.

This was my best tour I ever participated to. Well documented and extremely interesting.
