Just book it when you're there - all these horror stories about how expensive it is arent true - plus the price on viator wasn't much different anyway. Plus - DO NOT book a group gondola ride - you will it regret later, I promise! This trip is just through an agent, so you'll be sat around for an hour waiting for the rest of your 'group', then likely have to walk somewhere else to actually get on the gondola!
