It was nice having the shuttle and not worrying about a taxi, but the driver told us to go with a guy who wasn't part of the company, and then the guy wanted ANOTHER tip to carry our bags 30 feet. Also they wanted us to met with a rep to book other tours. The other thing was that they didn't tell us when we were being picked up, so we had to call from the resort to confirm.
