I was so pleased with the service I received from Viator. They were always prompt for pick ups at the hotel or airport. I would definitely use this company again!

Fantastic experience! Even though it was cloudy and we couldn't see very far, it was still fun riding up and experiencing the ice flyer! The stop at Lucerne was nice.

The only problem we had was with the tour bus driver. The microphone was not working and the tour guide was having a problem trying to get it to work, so the driver kept fooling with the microphone WHILE he was driving in the mountains! Finally, another passenger and myself told the driver we were not comfortable with him not paying attention to his driving, so please just forget about the microphone!
Also, we had arranged for boots and jackets, but they did not have them BUT they did rectify this when I showed them the information with the persons name I had spoken to to reserve them. They had to rent them for us at Mt. Titlis. So save your information and have it with you!

All in all, I would do this tour again.
