Excursion trip went to plan and was confirmed by our hotel concerage so cannot say wether there were any difficulty. E.motion didnot contact us at any time ,unlike the many other companys you have booked for us round the world offering a helpful service. Chichen Itza was a very intresting place to visit and lunch was good and the swim in the sinkhole was cold

Airport return transfer no one there to meet us eventual arrived after phoning
Confirming return trip took 2 phone calls and a wait to be phoned back for pick up time

After a long flight nice to be met by a pleasent person to deal with the luggage and to have a very nice car ride in to Kowloon to our hotel

My Review
Could have been better if the pick up had been earlier as there was a very long queue at the airport and we almost did not get seats together on the flight to LA.
