The flight to the Canyon was conducted by a very competent and informative pilot, who constantly reassured me throughout the flight. However, the flight to the bottom of the canyon was undertaken by a very dull and unengaging person. So much more could have been made of this section of the trip, with information about the canyon flaura and fauna and local native Indian Tribes. I feel that I did not really learn anything about this very splendid natural habitat. Just to fly the helicopter down into the canyon, have the pilot stand around looking bored is not really maximising the opportunity a trip like this provides to educate people about the area. Also for the price of the trip I would have expected more. Lunch disappointing and bus drivers from the various sites lack a client focused attitude.Overall a disappointing experience, only saved by the magnificence of the Canyon.
