Our guide was exceptional;.Very knowledgeable and he gave freely of his time. It was a great day that covered the Normandy area and D Day in detail.

We were part of a big group for this tour but it ran smoothly and in Siena we were broken into much smaller groups (12) with a local guide. Would have liked a little less free time in Siena and a little more in San Gimignano.

an enjoyable small group tour with an informative local guide. Unfortunately we didnt get to travel by boat as the guide said the sea was too rough for the boats to land - but from what we could see the boats seemed to be landing; so not sure what that was a about.

worth doing but we only used one day of the two day pass. for a number of the main sites it was just easier to walk from our hotel. The best part was the fact the bus does a route up to Fiesole which is well worth a visit.

This tour was exceptional. The guide was extremely knowledgeable. The opprtunity to see the art work and tapestries and have them explained made doing this tour well worthwhile. The crowd in the Sistine Chapel was the only downside.

An interesting tour that shows a side of Rome many tourists dont see.

This bus takes a long time to get around Rome partly because of the traqfiic but also because twice on the route it stops for 20mins at a time (at St Pauls and at Termini. )This was frustrating. I am not sure if the other companies running hop on hop off services do the same but it might be worth looking at using a different company. Also unlike some other companies this conplany does not have someone selling tickets at the bus stop so alot of time is wasted waiting for everyone to get on and purchase their tickets.

This Hop on Hop off bus provided a very informative commnentary and was a grwat introduction to the whole city.
