Trip was resceduled because of the volcano. They honored our originbal voucher. Guide was knowlegeable. Only negative was that it was raining which meant we did not have good views of the Alps across the lake.

Great trip. Well worth taking. Both cities are well worth seeing. Canal boat trip was also well worth doing.
