Would NOT recommend this trip. Naples is a ride through on a bus with a 10 min stop at the pier. It looked like there would have been an opportunity for a shopping stop and seeing the Pompeii artifacts housed in Naples would have been great. Forgoing the stop at the coral/cameo factory and grocery store (very tourist trap) and add stops in Naples would have made this trip worth. I would rate this at a ZERO

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Driver took us to side entrance to station, where a porter was waiting to take our luggage. We were taken to the train and loaded on within seconds. PERFECT service

Great trip! Our second trip to the tower and loved it just as much the second time around

The driver/Viator were amazing. Another passenger took our luggage by mistake at one of the stops. Upon arriving in Florence the Viator driver called to rearrange his schedule so he could stay with us to assit in filing a claim. Wonderful customer service!

The area where the gondolas are located is a bit tucked away, like many places in Venice. I would suggest locating it a bit in advance of the tour. The sunset tour was amazing

Skip this and spend more time enjoying Venice. Glass blowing was interesting but found the staff extremely rude until you pulled our your wallet to make a purchase. Murano glass can be purchased everywhere in Venice. Nothing on the other two islands worth seeing
