I found the visit to Kensington Palace a huge dissapointment, the layout does not seem to flo and this creates congestion between rooms The historical content was confusing, the mixture of phantasy style and fact did not work for me. The orangery was fine but seemed under staffed and I must say the staff they did have appeared rather harrassed.
I understand lottery money was used for the revamp - WHY?
