The bus was comfortable and clean. The guide spoke in both German and English but that was not distracting as he was very friendly, informative and competent. The tour time was extended due to road works delaying the schedule but full alloted times were allowed at each stop. It turned out to be a very pleasant day and this tour is highly recommended.

This tour is highly recommended as a chance to see a story book castle, palace and the beautiful surrounding scenery in person. Be advised that there is considerable walking and climbing to reach the sites and a lot of stairs inside to traverse. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. The talks by the guide during the drive were historically informative but announcements were not always clear with instructions or easy to understand as what to expect at each stop. The bus was comfortable and clean and overall the tour was enjoyable.
