Would have to say that I will have to mark this down for lack o communication.The tour Great and the Top of the Rock was superb better that Empire for the daytime. But we didnt get to go to Ellis Island or Liberty Island because of Hurricane Sandy and we could have been told this before buying the tickets. Bit of a let down

Great , We were advised to do this at night and it was remarkable.Good time of year to go as the queues were much shorter.
