My wife and I were very impressed with the whole experience:-
- Easy to use web-site to Pre-order
- Print your own tickets followed by reminders.
- Easy to find office/start point.
- Good organisation, including audio headphones.
- Excellent guide, very good spoken English.
- Very informative easy walking tour.
- Terrific Gondola ride.
- Good value for money tour.
- No hesitation in recommending to all.
