The company was not have a good responsibility. I was follow the information had called a day early twice to confirmed next day pick up. They said no problem. But next the bus was not show up on the right time and let us (not just me) were waiting two more hours. We called many times even nobody say something.... I would never introduce my friend take this tour.....This was a worse part I visiting Chicago....
