Our guide, Jeff to the Left, was very knowledgeable. It was a very long day - had to be at pick up location at 545am and didn't get dropped back at hotel until 1030/11pm.
The IMAX movie was an optional extra - for me it wasn't really worth it.
The tour takes you to two canyon lookouts. No words can describe the canyon itself.

We only had to wait about 5 minutes for the van to drive around to us and then we were on our way to the hotel.
No complaints.

A representative was standing right at the airport terminal exit holding a sign with our names on it. Doesn't get any easier than that.
Our bags were taken from us by a porter and then we had to wait around 15 minutes for the rest of the passengers to get through Customs.
The van was loaded and off we headed to our hotels.
I've seen a lot of bad reviews for this company but I had absolutely no complaints.
