My Review: The guide was excellent and we enjoyed the day. It would have been nice to spend more time actually seeing the cities - possibly the markets.

Arenal Volcano and Hot Springs Day Trip from San Jose

My Rating: 2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better

Location: San Jose, Costa Rica

My Review: Your promotional material does not clearly explain the trip. We were disappointed in how commercial the hot springs were. The bus driver then stopped on the side of a dirt road and told us we could get out to see the volcano. Is this the best place to observe it? We could not see anything.
