Driver was very nice and talked with us about our trip. The ride to the airport was very comfortable and convenient. Would definitely do it again next time.

This was a wonderful trip. We were able to see the castle and take one quick trip into a little store in town before catching the bus back to Harrod's for lunch, which was fabulous. Our only complaint was the amount of time we had to spend in Windsor. Would have rated the tour 5-stars if we hadn't felt so rushed. It was a great tour, but a little more time would have made it outstanding.

We had a really nice time at the banquet. It's unfortunate that we were seated with people who didn't speak English, and of course we didn't speak any Russian. The food was very good (especially the bread) and the entertainment was enjoyable. Would definitely consider doing this on the next trip to London, and would recommend to anyone who hasn't been there. Lots of fun and merriment for sure.

We really enjoyed the palace visit; always a wonderful thing to do in London. Even thought the palace was undergoing renovations, the princesses ghost tour was very interesting and gave a totally different view of palace life throughout the years. We really enjoyed everything about this tour, and would highly recommend it.

Outstanding! Our dinner was very good prior to the performance, and the performance itself was spectacular! Highly recommend seeing "Wicked" even if you don't choose do the dinner package; but that's well worth it too!

Our guide was OUTSTANDING! We learned so much and got to see so many things - things that we wanted to see, not just a set tour that someone else planned. Our guide was very engaging, and gave us recommendations of places to eat and things to see while we were in London. Absolutely would recommend doing this tour.

Once we finally connected with the driver, very good. (It took a very long time to come through customs so we were afraid that the driver had left us.) After an all-night flight, we were very glad to have comfortable transportation to the hotel. Definitely worth the expense.
