Alfredo did an excellent job. Our tour was on a Saturday and everything was so crowded that one could hardly walk forward, with other groups criss-crossing. There were simply too many people that day.

Both guides were good. The bus driver was excellent and the bus was comfortable. Unfortunately, it rained the whole day, but you can't control the weather.

The tour gave a good overview of the city and we were able to go on all three routes in one long day.
