The Vatican tour was great. Thourough eplanations in good english, excellent and friendly guide, no lines. Well worth the cost.

Hop on Hop off tour was very good. Buses were on time and as comfortable as they could be in July.Our only complaint is that one of the drivers was down right rude. There was a container filled with bottles of water that had a sign on it that said "Bottled Water 1.50 Euros". I opened the container and took out a bottle of water and as I started to go to the front of the bus to pay for it the driver came running back yelling "Put it back, put it back" as though I was trying to steal it. I told him that I was on my way up to pay for it but he ignored me. After I put it back he opened the container and handed me the bottle. I paid him and he went back to his seat without saying anything.. It was an embarrassing moment. At least that driver needs some customer service training.
