We found this pass excellent and easy to use. The only problem was that it could not be used at the 9/11 Memorial. You stood in the queue for some time only to be told you had to go somehwere else to validate the pass for use at the 9/11 memorial which was a 10 minute walk each way.

An excellent way to see Washington DC if you have limited time. Staff were very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in DC.
