We booked the bus ride and skywalk but when we got there we upgraded to the helcopter and boat ride. If you take the helicopter the helicopter itself does not have enough windows and therefore if you are not sitting on the end you cant see that much (i sat in the middle). Boat ride is a bit over rated too they just take u around less than 500m in a circle. Dont bother with the skywalk either as you cant take photos when on there as they want to make more money! You can see the same thing from the edges.

There was a bit of confusion by these guys when we arrived and we sat around waiting for them to get organised. Overall, ok and cheaper than a taxi. Although there is a flat rate for taxi from JFK to NYC not sure how much but bare that in mind too.

I really liked one of the ukrainian tour guides i think his name was Sergi..he had a european accent but he was quite good. The other racist passengers were being rude towards him due to his accent but i thought he done really well. Overall, about the frequency of the buses...was ok. The night tour was good and so was the Brookly tour.

This tour is crap, the tour guide was a wannabe actor and really had no people skills. They had us watching movie clips but umm...we are NYC why would we want to see movie clips why not sure more movie sites.

Overall, not a good tour. I wouldnt bother with it. Just do the New York in One Day Sigtseeing Tour as they tell you the same thing but the tour is more involved and detailed.

We initially had a lady with frizzy hair but due to a bus problem we asked to come back the next day where we would do it again. Which was good as the lady with frizzy hair had no idea.

Anyway we came back the next day and our tour guide was John. He was really good, professional and knew his stuff. He engaged each tour attendee at a personal level and with helpful. I think this tour is pretty good, but it depends on the tour guide you get. John was great. The other lady we were going to get was not so great as we realised that if we didnt offer to come back the next day we wouldnt have seen everything that is mentioned in this tour.

Service was good and its recommended booking transfers here due to the distance from NYC

The guy picked us up 3hrs before our flight to only be in a position where we were going to miss checkin. I had to check in online to meet the time expectation by the airline. In addition to getting us to the airport late he had the nerve to ask us directly for a tip!! Not that good service.

You need to book alcatraz early in order to get on the island as it sells out. The voice tour is pretty good too. Highly recommended.

This is a great tour if you are in san francisco for a short time. The boat cruise is quite long and value for money. The buffett is pretty good too so dont under estimate how much they give you to eat.

Disneyland isnt that good if you are above6yrs of age. The entire park is out dated and its not what you expect it to be. The transfers was good but there are not many pick up points or various hotels that they pick up from.

Dont even bother with this, its a waste of money...the places you can get into arent even that good and they close early so by the time you finish from one place and go to the next the places close. The card is only valid til 5pm also.
Overall, this card is a waste of money.
