Small group, nice bus. Enjoyed it, but not the best tour I've been on.

I had a great time! Several opportunities for free time in both cities, plus a very informative tour guide in Assisi. Not too much strenuous walking, and a very tasty lunch included.

AMAZING!! The chefs were very friendly and helpful. I learned some new cooking techniques, ate a fantastic Italian dinner, and went home with the recipes. I would do this again anytime! For those who are vegetarians--two of our small groups had veggie-friendly meals that were just as tasty.

Beautiful scenery! The bus ride wasn't too long, and the tour guide was excellent. If you are in northern Italy, don't miss out on a trip to one of the lakes. I always dreamed of Lake Como, but Maggiore is just as beautiful and the Borromean islands provide a rich and interesting history, as well as spectacular views.
