Enjoyed a good day of sightseeing with a knowledgeable guide. Felt a bit rushed at times but good intro to NY. Lunch was OK- limited menu and no dessert. Overall Ok vale for money and recommended

Tour on land was OK. Our guide was fair - bit too political and not sure all his historical facts were correct. Disaster struck when on the Thames. Large wave came into Duck and covered all of us on left hand side - drenched. No apology just told one of those things!. Went to ofice to complain. Money for trip back but had to buy new clothes are really soaked. Emailed complaint to be rebuffed - suggested I sent in the wet clothes then owner would refund cost of new clothes. Really unhelpful - I have to spend more money on postage when clothes now washed are OK but I am out of pocket as needed clothes to change into. Overall disappointing and getting so wet was not much fun combined with poor customer service.

Good tour. Recommended only 4 stars due to high price and guide trying to encourage us to pay for additional time/tour.

great fun. Recommended even though first car had faulty GPS system. Spent all day using car and enjoyed San Fran sights. Weather was great which made car more fun -not sure I would have wanted to spent all day in the car if raining all day! Good value for money
