This tour was very good and was a nice experience.Because those two cities are very unique I would have prefered to skip the museum in Suzhou (Shanghai Museum do the job wonderfully for this style of exibition) to have more time to stroll around. The boat tour was wonderful! It's a must. The lunch was perfect the place was very clean and the meal very good and tasty. The service of Viator was great, the bus was there on time at our hotel and the guide, Frank, did a marvelous job, he knows what he is talking about and he is very polite. The little bus was comfortable , clean and cool. I recommand this tour , it is a wonderful escapade from the "tumult" of Shanghai.
