Perfect is the only way I can describe it. I would definitely use them again and would recommend their service to anyone.

My wife and I were traveling with an older couple that had a lot of luggage.The Viator Representative met us and called a water Taxis that arrived in about 10 minutes, They handled all the luggage and took us right to our hotel. This was better then anything the cruise line could have provided.

We were extremely dissapointing. Hopped off at one of the museums. Waited over one hour for another bus to pick us up, got disgusted and finally started to walk back. Bus passed us several minutes later and we wound up walking all the way back to the ship. They definitely are not convienient unless you want to stay on the bus and ride around . We felt like we wasted our money. I definetly would not recommend this to anyone.

I booked three seperate transfers via Viator. Each one was well worth the money. Representative were on time, helpful, very reliable and professional. I would recommend their services to anyone.
